At Friends Home Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gadget or appliance isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
